Problems: Large number of on-premise, disparate systems requiring users to log in to various applications to uncover information. Users were further limited to on-premise solutions, limiting their effectiveness out of the office

Solution: Mass-migration from on-premise databases to Dynamics 365 storage to consolidate information in a single application. Focus then shifted to functionality to automate repetitive user tasks and to seek to uncover insights from gathered intelligence. Additional insights to users at the managerial level utilising BI tools to aggregate front-line user information.

Applications available across web and mobile with heavy-focus on user friendliness to drive adoption.

Tools used: Dynamics 365, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, custom front-end assets

Results: Current usage demonstrates significant value for the users with a variety of pain points resolved. Efforts are ongoing to continue to enhance the applications functionality
